Aloha! We’re Dave and Debbie, owners of Big Island Property Monitoring (Big Island PM) in Waikoloa, Hawaii. Our journey to starting a home watch service began with our own experiences as vacation homeowners before moving from Colorado to this beautiful island. Dave brings 35 years of experience as a Master Plumber, having worked on various projects, including the renovation of the Air Force Academy. His expertise helps navigate the unique plumbing challenges in Hawaii, from digging through lava to dealing with saltwater erosion.
