Our only focus is you, the Homeowner and monitoring the condition of your home.
Our goal is to keep your home in the condition you left it for your return.
Frequent inspections will identify small issues before they become more significant problems.
We’re taking care of your home as if it were our own. We act as your eyes, ears, and boots on the ground.
Our approach is proactive and not reactive to issues.

Property Management companies have to focus on multiple areas with a priority for managing vacation rentals. They also manage long term rentals and sometimes buying and selling of property.
Their time is concentrated on keeping a property rented, dealing with tenant concerns/complaints, and issues.
Property Management companies may not be aware of problems until after the damage is done if they’re not monitoring with a detailed checklist.

A house sitter lives in your home while you’re away. They’re not licensed, insured, or bonded for your protection.
Neighbors or friends may offer to watch your home because it’s the polite thing to do. But, nobody wants to be that person when something goes wrong, and it can be a burden to put on others for long periods that your away.

We send detailed reports after each inspection of your property and keep in contact with you.
We provide a direct line of communication between our business and you.

Property Management companies generally do not send a detailed inspection report.
Contact is usually only made if a problem exists.

A house sitter or neighbor may feel hesitant notifying you of issues while you’re away on vacation.

An in-house handyman repair is more convenient. It also allows for direct communication and faster resolution.
Because we’re monitoring your home, minor repairs are done as needed (i.e., light bulbs, a battery in smoke detectors, sprinkler head repair, etc.)

Repairs usually made by a third party and can take more time to schedule based on level of priority.
A tenant usually reports any problems/repairs, which is not always first-hand information or credible.
