Basic Services Included in Every Plan:
Exterior Inspection:
- Secure perimeter check for vandalism or trespassing
- Visual inspection of walls, siding, solar panels, and gutters
- Pest infestation check
- Inspect hose connections and outdoor fixtures for leaks
- Landscape and irrigation system check
- Trash and mail collection
Interior Inspection:
- Confirm all doors and windows are locked
- Confirm security system is operating
- Check for water leaks and signs of damage
- Test all faucets, toilets, and appliances
- Verify A/C and temperature settings
- Test smoke, fire, and CO2 detectors
- Inspect for pest infestations
- Garage walk-through and inspection
Big Island PM is not a licensed inspector. We are looking for signs of any obvious issues or concerns with your property from a visual perspective.
Additional services available:
- Inspection of automobile, golf cart, or boat. This service can vary from a basic visual inspection to more detailed tasks of starting/driving the automobile, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and looking for leaks. The Client will advise if any level of service is necessary in the consultation.
- Inspect air filters and purification systems
- Put trash bins out for scheduled pick up and return afterwards
- Water specified indoor/outdoor plants
