- Routine interior/exterior home, and vehicle checks. A detailed report emailed after each visit.
- Coordinate and monitor delivery of furniture, appliances, packages, and mail.
- Provide access to vendors/contractors for projects to continue work while you are off the island.
- Reports include pictures of your home improvement projects/landscape to see the progress.
- We schedule/coordinate access for pest control, cleaning, and other routine maintenance services.
- Airport valet (your vehicle parked at KOA for your arrival and/or returned home after you depart).
- Owner is a licensed Master Plumber, able to assess and resolve general handyman repairs.
- Members of the NHWA (National Home Watch Association). Licensed, insured, and bonded.
